We aim to minimise packaging waste. Orders with multiple kitchen items are bundled into one recyclable box or kraft envelope when possible. We only ship with necessary padding.

Many of our products (for example coconut fibre scrubbers, wooden brushes, cellulose sponges) are designed for repeated use. They are durable, compostable at end of life, and ideal for daily kitchen cleaning — reducing single-use plastic over time.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. The customer bears return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Orders over £25 qualify for free UK delivery.
