Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Free UK Delivery on orders over £25 with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days).
  • Standard UK Delivery (£3.99): Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days).

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1 pm are dispatched same day, unless high volume or holidays cause a delay (up to 3 days).
  • Orders placed after 1 pm on Fridaysweekends, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • You’ll receive an email notification with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Failed Deliveries & Returns

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we’ll refund the order minus the original shipping cost. You may ask us to resend it at your own cost.
  • Please notify us within 30 days if your parcel is missing, so we can assist. Refunds are at our discretion after this window.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international delivery. Our shipping is limited to the UK only.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every item, but if you change your mind:

Returns Window

  • You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and resale-ready.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure delivery.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected], including photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange a full refund or a replacement at no cost.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receipt and are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

Returns Procedure

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days to initiate a return.
  2. Await return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Ship items using a tracked service, ensuring they’re in original, seal-ready condition.
  4. Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 working days.
