Orders & Payment

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to addresses within the UK only.
  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £25.
  • Orders under £25 are subject to standard shipping fees shown at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. Delays may occur due to postal issues or circumstances beyond our control.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details (where applicable) once your order is dispatched.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your eco-friendly essentials. If you change your mind:

  • You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Faulty or incorrect items must be reported to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the return.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care products, food-contact items, or any products that cannot be resold.
