Phone case Take-Back scheme
Send your old phone case back for free. We handle end of life.
How it works
- Request a FREE label using the form.
- Pack one case in a thin envelope. Add your order number to a note.
- Print the label at home, or take the QR code to a drop-off point that prints labels.
What happens after we receive it?
- We sort returns in-house.
- We route them to a specialist partner for end-of-life handling.
- The route depends on material acceptance and contamination.
- We do not instruct customers to put phone cases in kerbside recycling or food waste.
Why do we run take-back
Most phone cases end up in general waste. UK kerbside recycling rarely works for mixed material cases. Take-back gives you one clear route. You post it, we handle the rest.
